    Just made it official. He has resigned his judgeship as of this afternoon. Few details were given.

    According to an article in today's Coalfield, wise county currently holds over 65% of the total case load in the 30th circuit. Only 2 other counties are in this district, and as such are authorized to have 2 judges, but only have enough money for one.
